Thank you for considering The Aberfoyle Mill for your special function/ event. The Aberfoyle Mill offers you an incredible and rustic setting for your function/ event. Our high culinary and service standards ensure total guest satisfaction.

Whether you are planning a wedding, anniversary, meeting, or seminar The Aberfoyle Mill can meet all of your needs. We offer four signature rooms with capacity ranging from 10-90 people for your function/ event. Our island gazebo and beautiful grounds are also available for outdoor ceremonies, dinner, receptions and dancing. The maximum capacity for the outdoor tent is 200 people.

We have included some sample menus and some general pricing information. To book a function a five hundred dollar ($500.00) deposit is required.

All prices quoted are subject to Ontario sales tax and Goods and Services tax.

Terms and Conditions

The following are terms and conditions for booking a function/ event at The Aberfoyle Mill

1. The booking party is responsible for the behavior of all of their guests at all times during the function/ event. The Mill reserves the right to eject any guest whose behavior is deemed offensive, or for performing any act that may endanger the well being of guests or staff members.

2. Decorations that are property of the booking party must be removed from the Mill before 11:00AM the day following the function/ event.

3. Decorations and decorating are the responsibility of the booking party. If the function location is vacant the day before the function/ event the booking party are welcome to decorate the space; however the Mill does not reserve any function space for the purpose of decorating.

4. The Aberfoyle Mill Limited is licensed by The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. All liquor regulations apply to all functions/ events at The Aberfoyle Mill. All alcohol must be purchased from the bar(s) provided; any and all alcohol must be consumed in the location designated to the booking party.

5. The bar closes at 1:00AM; all guests must vacate the function/event location before 2:00AM.

6. Special requests for bar items must be received by The Aberfoyle Mill in writing two weeks prior to the function/ event. The Aberfoyle Mill does not guarantee the availability of the of alternative items on the day of the function/ event.

7. The Aberfoyle Mill requires an initial deposit of $500.00 to confirm the booking date. This deposit will be applied against the final invoice; however if the booking party cancels the booking less than six months prior to the event, the deposit is then forfeited.

8. Billing is calculated based on the confirmed number of guests, plus any additional guests. The booking party must notify The Mill 14 days prior to the function/ event date with confirmation of the number of attendees.

9. DJ/music: The Aberfoyle Mill reserves the right to select and limit the level at which all music will be played. The management of the Aberfoyle will gladly work with the DJ service in determining the above mentioned levels.

10. The Aberfoyle Mill is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

11. The Aberfoyle Mill reserves the right to add or revise any of the terms and conditions that may be required for certain types of functions /events. The booking party will be notified in advance of any changes in terms that may affect their booking.
